If you want to add a garment to a previous order, we ask that you email us at fiorecapristore@gmail.com within 12 hours of confirming your order, after this timeframe has passed, you must proceed with a new order.

If the garment received has damage?
If your garment arrived damaged, you should email fiorecapristore@gmail.com with at least 3 photos of the damage. You will then be contacted to agree on a solution.
If the garment received does not meet expectations in terms of customization and fabric chosen?
As it is a custom-made garment, in compliance with the provisions of art. 59 of the Consumer Code, Boutique Fiore Capri cannot make a replacement or return or repackaging as there is no right of withdrawal from the purchase by law.

Our garments are entirely tailored and we use only the best Italian fabrics.
Are the products made in Italy?
Fiore Capri's workshop is located on Italian soil, specifically on the island of Capri to ensure the typically Italian care and quality in the handcrafted production of the garments.
How long do I have to wait for my garment?
It takes about 7 to 30 working days for the garments - dresses and shirts - to be made. The arrival of the garment at our boutique is notified by message. In the case of home delivery, it will be the responsibility of the carrier to notify the delivery.
